DUI defense attorney Michael C. Tillotson graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors and earned his B.S. degree in criminal justice studies during 1986. He was also the recipient of the Alpha Phi Signa Award for graduating with the highest grade point average in criminal justice studies. He earned his law degree in 1990 from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
Mr. Tillotson focuses his practice solely on the defense of those accused of DUI. He is a Lifetime Member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is also a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the Virginia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Attorney Mark R. Matney earned his B.A. degree from the American University in Washington D.C. during 1989. He participated in the University of Minnesota’s School of Law Exchange Program in Lyon, France during 1990. It was there that he studied the European Economic Community. In 1992 he earned his law degree from Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He graduated in 2005 Summa Cum Laude from Evangel Theological Seminary where he received his Master of Divinity Degree.
Attorney Mark Matney is a member of the Williamsburg Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar, where he is part of the Trusts and Estates section. He is affiliated with The Estate Plan and serves on the Board of Directors for Evangel Theological Seminary.
